  
In hour-long sessions, we observe how you move and walk. We'll discern what is tight or weak, then shift you into fluid, easy, pain free movement. It literally means changing how you walk. We'll use individualized corroborative exercises and classic physical therapy modalities as needed, to assist with changes in your movement patterns.
